As an Outside Sales Representative for our Brussels Air Branch, you’ll be a key member of the team. Your mission? Acquiring new customers, building strong commercial relationships, and leading by example. You’ll be part of a supportive, close-knit team that believes in initiative, growth, and having fun while doing serious business.
The role:
- Hunt and acquire new business opportunities across Belgium.
- Act as the vital link between our customers, airlines and suppliers, and our operations teams.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and become a trusted partner in their supply chain.
- Understand pricing, profitability, and margin dynamics—your quotes will directly impact both our success and that of our customers.
- Be present with customers, using all your resources to build meaningful partnerships.
- Enjoy the freedom to create your own opportunities and proactively drive initiatives.
What are we looking for?

A passionate and energetic team player with a “hunter mentality” and the drive to win new business.

Knowledge of Air freight and/or Sales is an advantage.

Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.
