Whistleblowing Europe
This whistleblowing platform is designed to provide a secure and confidential avenue for reporting concerns on (potential) violations by Mainfreight of European Union law as stipulated in the European Whistleblowing Directive, Directive (EU) 2019/1937, and your local whistleblowing legislation. When making such a report you may benefit from protection against retaliation in accordance with your local legislation.For example, you can use this platform to report:
- any violation of public health, transport safety or environmental protection;
- any suspected or proven corruption or anti-competitive practices;
- any violation of the GDPR.
To make a report, simply click on the button below to access the form and provide the necessary information. If you want to, you can remain anonymous to the case manager by simply inserting ‘anonymous’ instead of your name. Your email address is necessary for the follow-up on your report, but is always shielded from the case manager.
If you want to make a report via telephone or a personal interview with a case manager (both not anonymous), please mention so in the ‘Notes’ section in the form, so we can contact you.
If you want to make a report via post (not anonymous), please direct it to your local Mainfreight branch marked as ‘confidential’ and for the attention of the "Whistleblowing Reporting Centre". Please make sure to include your contract details so we can follow-up on your report.
