To ensure timely information is made available to our customers, Mainfreight driver’s use hand held scanners which capture consignment information on pick-up and delivery, then transmit that information directly to the Mainfreight business system. Not only do we have customer service teams located at all branches but we also have an online web based customer service application. Service issues can be initiated electronically by customers or proactively by Mainfreight with all issues allocated, tracked, completed and reported on.
