Alcohol Storage Now Live in Northlake, TX
We’re excited to share that our Northlake location is now officially licensed to store alcohol, joining our other warehouse branches across North America. With this addition, we can now support your beer, wine, and spirits storage needs in Dallas, Los Angeles, New Jersey, Chicago, Atlanta, Seattle, Lehigh Valley, Moreno Valley, and Toronto.
Mainfreight Northlake has officially been awarded its Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) warehousing license, marking a significant milestone in expanding our capabilities to support alcohol-based customers. This accreditation allows us to securely store alcohol within our Northlake facility while working in close alignment with the TABC.A key advantage of this license is the ability to defer state taxes on alcohol while it is held in bonded storage, creating a more efficient and cost-effective supply chain solution for our customers. With limited 3PL providers in Texas offering this capability, Mainfreight is proud to be at the forefront, bringing a differentiated service to the market and strengthening our capabilities within regulated industries.
This development reinforces our commitment to investing in infrastructure and compliance expertise that supports our customers’ growth. By integrating bonded storage into our Northlake operation, we are creating a central distribution point designed to improve inventory flow, reduce landed costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
