We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our dynamic team.Main tasks include:
- Working closely with our customers
- Developing a Team
- Supervising other Team Members
- Ensuring branch is operating compliantly within customs regulations
- Managing Team KPI’s
- Liaising with our global team and overseas partners
- Handling client queries
- Positive Attitude
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Moving at Pace
- Extensive knowledge of ACE and ACE requirements
- Ability to assess client compliance complexities and build SOPs to manage that risk
- Knowledge of import regulations as a selling tool
- Time management
- Self motivated
- Have an eye for detail
- Not afraid of hard work or extended hours
- Import operations experience
- Cargowise experience
