Your Key Responsibilities will be:
- General Ledger & reporting
- Maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate and complete financial records
- Perform month-end and year-end close activities within established scope and deadlines
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements
- Support financial reporting accuracy and completeness
- Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
- Verify accounts payable and receivable postings
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage payment runs, including ACH and check processing
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
- Maintain organized and complete accounts payable files and records
- Collaboration & Audit Support
- Assist with external audit requests and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams across the business unit to support financial accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
