What’s new?
With this release note we want to inform you about the changes that have been made with the Shipment Centre release of November 2025.1. A new document upload section has been added to the create shipment page for customs country related shipments
When booking a shipment to a customs country (like Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland, etc.) you now get an extra step in the booking process. This step is called ‘’Documents’’. If you forget to upload one of the required documents, you will get a warning popup notifying you that you have forgot to upload one or more of the required documents needed for this shipment. You will then get 2 options to choose from. Either upload the documents during the booking process, or send the documents after the booking by mail before a certain time period.

If one or more the required information needed on the customs documents (like HS code, address details, weights, etc.) are missing from the customs documents, we will be obliged to charge an administrative fee of 25 euro’s.
