An exciting opportunity has become available within Mainfreight Transport Charlotte, in the position of Pricing & Data Analyst and DOT Compliance Officer.
Charlotte is a key strategic branch for our business and we are creating this role in order to not just meet, but exceed already extremely aggressive growth and profitability targets. This is a new and exciting position with the responsibility of supporting our revenue and profit growth along with ensuring we are in alignment with DOT Compliance. This role will require applicants to have a passion for going above and beyond for our customers, service quality, sales growth, profitability and of course, our culture is required.
You will work closely with our management & sales team to drive the overall profitability of branch.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Analyzing customer shipment data from prospective and existing customers in order to achieve better financial and service outcomes
- Supporting our sales team by creating pricing schedules for new prospective customers
- Conducting billing audits to uncover missed revenue opportunities
- Assisting our management team in growing our network & optimizing all areas of the operation
