Billing Specialist Mainfreight Transport, Houston Texas
An exciting opportunity has become available within Mainfreight Transport Los Angeles, in the position of Accounts Receivable / Admin. This is an important position in one of major transport cities of the world. A demonstrated passion for our customers, service quality, sales growth, profitability and of course, our culture is required.
As part of the account receivables, you will work closely with our team administration division to ensure all administration functions are carried out carried correctly with a particular focus on Accounts Receivable. Must have excellent phone etiquette
The qualities that you will possess include:

- The ability to create excel sheets and stay on task with invoices
- Receive and sort incoming payments
- Manage and track incoming payments
- Manage account statuses and Identify inconsistencies
- Regularly update accounts receivable database
- Post invoices by deadlines
- Prepare and present reports to your Operations Manager
- Professional conduct and presentation
- Ability to develop and maximize value for our customers, your team and your branch
