What will you be doing?
As a Grouppleader, you are responsible for the daily warehouse operations. You will work at our warehouse location in Born and focus on managing and guiding your team, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of logistics TeamMembers;
- Ensuring efficient planning and optimal staffing levels;
- Coaching and motivating your team to help them perform at their best;
- Managing quality, safety, and deadlines;
- Initiating continuous improvement projects and creating support for change initiatives.
