Administration Support - Mainfreight Training Team Melbourne (Epping)

In this role you will: 

• Be responsible for the coordination of training courses, from managing trainees to printing training materials and setting up training rooms
• Book flights and accommodation for trainers and trainees to our various sites around the country
• Ensure the smooth running of our Melbourne based training centre
• Process supplier invoices and accounts
• Answer general questions relating to training courses
• Support our branches with the posting of job adverts
• General administrative tasks

The successful applicant must:

• Have excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of correspondence 
• Be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and projects at once
• Be highly motivated, a quick learner, driven, have excellent time management and workflow planning skills
• Be able to work productively and efficiently without compromising quality
• Be hands-on with an upbeat, can-do attitude
• Enjoy and be confident with face-to-face interaction 
• Have an easy to deal with attitude
• A willingness to learn is a must, as is excellent personal presentation
• Be a team player

This role has an element of event management to it and the right candidate will relish working to timelines and coordinating multiple moving pieces at once.

Prior experience in a similar role is not necessary to apply. Comprehensive training and induction will be provided where you will grow and sustain a deep knowledge base in both training coordination, administrative support and supply chain logistics.
