Voor ons warehouse in Born zijn we op zoek naar Supply Chain Coordinator! Als Supply Chain Coordinator zie je het als uitdaging om alle administratieve, logistieke processen omtrent onze warehouse activiteiten zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen. Deze veelzijdige rol is geen dag hetzelfde! Naast het veelvuldige contact met onze internationale klanten ben je flexibel als het gaat om inbound, outbound of voorraadbeheer activiteiten.

De rol van Supply Chain Coordinator

Het is belangrijk dat je als Supply Chain Coordinator snel inspeelt op veranderingen en hierin de juiste beslissingen durft te nemen. Naast het behartigen van de verschillende belangen, schakel jij snel en weet jij het overzicht te behouden. 

De grootste uitdaging als Supply Chain Coordinator is dat je je continu mag bezighouden met "wat kan er beter" en daarvoor neem je naast jouw operationele rol ook deel aan Continuous Improvement Projects. Het verlagen van kosten, verhogen van de leveranciersbetrouwbaarheid en het uit de weg ruimen van out-of-stocks is onze Supply Chain Coordinator op het lijf geschreven. 

Als Supply Chain Coordinator werk je tevens veel samen met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen als productie, logistiek, inkoop en verkoop. Ook met externe partijen als leveranciers, logistiek dienstverleners en andere ketenpartners zal je veelvuldig contact hebben. 


 

Profiel van de Supply Chain Coordinator: 

  • Heeft een uitgesproken passie voor logistiek;

  • Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift;

  • Ziet commerciële kansen bij onze huidige klanten en speelt hier proactief op in;

  • Beschikt over innoverend vermogen, is kritisch en signaleert afwijkingen;

  • Heeft sterke affiniteit met IT systemen;

  • Is analytisch, gedreven, een ware teamplayer, oplossings- en servicegericht;

  • Is flexibel met betrekking tot werktijden en heeft geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit;

  • Beschikt over een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) om bij aanvang of na aanvraag te overleggen.

What is the working culture like?

We are a very flat structured organisation. We have open plan offices and management sit in amongst the team. We do not use the “s” word (staff) and refer to everyone as Team – everyone has a part to play in moving Mainfreight forward and meeting our targets and goals.

We believe in working hard but we also have fun and a laugh while we do it. Our team is empowered to make decisions and have a say in how we do things.
