Remote Support

Sometimes it really helps if our support team can see your screen and work with you to resolve any issues with Mainchain. That’s where our remote support tools make all the difference.

We offer live remote assistance and support with GoToAssist (provided by Citrix Online). Using GoToAssist our experts can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard, getting you back on track quickly and easily.

To start a remote assistance session contact your local IT team and they will provide you with a unique 9 diget code. Enter the unique support code into the remote support box and select GO.

  • Internet Explorer: You'll be asked to run the GoToAssist application. click Run and start the session
  • Firefox, Chrome and Others: You’ll be asked to download and run the GoToAssist starter file, do this to start the session

Don’t worry if you are not sure about the above, we’ll talk you through each step during the call. Once the session begins we will be able to see your screen and share control of your mouse and key board.
