What will you do?
As a Domestic Forwarder, you will play a key role in coordinating and monitoring transport operations, ensuring that every shipment is managed efficiently and delivered to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing transport orders and maintaining regular communication with customers and carriers;
- Identifying the most efficient and cost-effective transport solutions based on customer requirements;
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring shipments from order placement through to final delivery;
- Negotiating and developing relationships with existing carriers while identifying new reliable transport partners;
- Proactively resolving operational challenges and ensuring service continuity;
- Maintaining and updating operational data within company systems;
- Preparing and verifying transport-related documentation;
- Contributing to process improvements and helping enhance the services we provide to our customers.
