Whistleblowing Poland

This whistleblowing platform is designed to provide a secure and confidential avenue for reporting concerns on (potential) violations by Mainfreight of European Union law as stipulated in the European Whistleblowing Directive, Directive (EU) 2019/1937, and your local whistleblowing legislation. When making such a report you may benefit from protection against retaliation in accordance with your local legislation.

For example, you can use this platform to report:
  • any violation of public health, transport safety or environmental protection;
  • any suspected or proven corruption or anti-competitive practices;
  • any violation of the GDPR.
Please note that this venue is not intended for any personal disputes or any dissatisfaction with Mainfreight, its team members or business partners. For those disputes you are kindly requested to contact your local Mainfreight branch.

Reports can be submitted through the following channels:

Online
Click the button below to access the online reporting form (available 24 hours a day). If you want to, you can remain anonymous to the case administrator by simply inserting ‘anonymous’ instead of your name. Your email address is necessary for the follow-up on your report but is always shielded from the case manager.

By phone
Call the phone number listed in your local Whistleblowing Procedure (available during office hours only).

By personal meeting
Call the phone number listed in your local Whistleblowing Procedure and request a personal meeting, or submit your request via the online reporting form by indicating your preference for a personal meeting in the ‘Notes’ section. 

By mail
Send your written report to your local Mainfreight branch, marked “confidential” and addressed to the “Whistleblowing Case Manager.” Please include your contact details so we can follow up. Contact details for all branches can be found on our website.

Please consult your local Whistleblowing Procedure to understand whether, and in what manner, anonymous reports are handled.
