ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic team member who will work closely with our Romanian branches (Timisoara, Cluj, Bacau, and Ploiesti) to help strengthen our company’s culture through training our people. If you are passionate about our culture and enjoy encouraging others to always aim for the best service then this is the role for you!
We don’t do job descriptions at Mainfreight – instead we look at responsibilities and goals, and your goal is to ingrain the Mainfreight culture in our Romanian branches. You will be responsible for training team members in Romania in a variety of training courses and support the recruitment team when needed. Being part of the Training & Development team, you will wear many hats and flexibility to do so is crucial to your success.

You are comfortable speaking publicly or have a strong desire to develop this skill;

Ideally you have operational experience;

This role is full time and you are able to travel to other branches in Europe when needed.
