Successful audit weeks Wim Bosman / Mainfreight Group
Recently two intensive weeks of auditions were concluded with a more than satisfactory final conclusion. This message was received by the SGS auditor (Société Générale de Surveillance) to Mark Newman, CEO, and Paul Looman, European Manager Forwarding & Transport of Wim Bosman Group.
Care systems for quality, the environment and food safety
During these two intensive weeks six SGS auditors visited in four different countries, nine branches of the Wim Bosman / Mainfreight Group. This in the 25th anniversary year ie. 1990 Wim Bosman Logistics / Nijmegen started with the 1st ISO 9004 certification.These audits relate to the care systems for quality (ISO 9001), the environment (ISO 14001) and food safety (HACCP).
Results
Prior to these two weeks Wim Bosman Logistics 's-Heerenberg again achieved the IFS certification on product safety, resulting in a score of 97.73%, which is extremely high.
For all previously certified branches of Wim Bosman/Mainfreight Europe, a follow-up visit took place according to the multi-site construction. Next to the Polish site in Pruszków, Katowice and Warsaw are now ISO 9001:2008 certified as well. Once again Wim Bosman Netherlands, Wim Bosman Belgium and Mainfreight Paris France are ISO 14001: 2004 (environmental management system) certified, as well as HACCP (food safety) certified at Wim Bosman 's-Heerenberg and Genk.
In total, 24 European Branches of Wim Bosman / Mainfreight Group are certified for one or more of the above standards.
