In deze rol:

Als Operational Account Manager ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor één of meerdere
(Key-)Accounts en voel jij je verantwoordelijk voor alle aspecten met betrekking tot klantvriendelijke
afhandeling van vragen omtrent de distributie/ het transport dat wij voor onze key-account verzorgen. Je
bewaakt continu de kwaliteit voor onze klanten en denkt in oplossingen ter verbetering van onze
dienstverlening. Doordat je de contacten binnen de organisatie goed onderhoudt, zorg je samen met je team
voor een goede en snelle service richting de klant. Daarnaast monitor je de performance rapportages en initieer
jij op basis van de uitkomst verbetervoorstellen. De grootste uitdaging is dat je je continu mag bezighouden met
“wat kan er beter”, waarin jij van nature het initiatief neemt! Ook neem je samen met de Key Accountmanager
actief deel aan periodieke klantevaluaties.

Als gedreven Operational Account Manager:

  • Beschik je minimaal over ervaring in een soortgelijke rol;
  • Heb je werkervaring in een customer service functie en affiniteit met transport;
  • Kun jij je inleven in de klant en heb je een passie om onze klanten een uitstekende service te laten
  • ervaren;
  • Heb je een proactieve houding en neem je het initiatief tot verbetering van onze dienstverlening;
  • Ben je analytisch sterk;
  • Beschik je over een hoge dosis enthousiasme;
  • Ben je een echte teamplayer;
  • Zie jij de commerciële kansen bij onze huidige klanten en speel je hier pro actief op in;
  • Beheers je over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie vaardigheden in de Nederlandse,
  • Engels en Duitse taal;
  • Kun je werken met MS Office en weet je met name de weg te vinden in Excel en Powerpoint;
  • Geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit;
  • Ben je Easy to Deal With!

What is the working culture like?
We are a very flat structured organisation. We have open plan offices and management sit in amongst the team. We do not use the “s” word (staff) and refer to everyone as Team – everyone has a part to play in moving Mainfreight forward and meeting our targets and goals.

We believe in working hard but we also have fun and a laugh while we do it. Our team is empowered to make decisions and have a say in how we do things.
