This is an excitement and fresh role for an enthusiastic new team member who will work closely with our Branch Managers in the country (Timisoara, Cluj, Bacau and Ploiesti) to lead our business to the next level.

The Role:

  • Efficiency of the recruitment process to ensure the most suitable candidates for the company's vacancies, in accordance with our Mainfreight culture

  • Establish and coordinate company’s training programs

  • Continuous study of recruitment trends and their adaptation to the specifics of the company

  • Elaboration of recruitment tools and methods to ensure the attraction and loyalty of the suitable candidates according to the real needs of the company

  • Coordinating team members training and development

  • Permanent assessment of the team training needs related to the company's overall goals

  • Planning team members training and training programs

  • Creating, together with our managers, the career plans and the professional development of the team members within the company

    Who are we looking for?

  • A passionate and energetic team member, with:
    o Bachelor degree in socio human sciences
    o Specializations in human resources (certified courses, master)

  • At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment and / or selection position; Relevant

  • experience in collaborating with recruitment companies;

  • Good oral and written command of Romanian and English language

  • Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Knowledge and skills of psychological evaluation

  • Communication skills, ability to work independently

  • Communication and social skills

  • Behavioral competencies: Can do attitude, drive for results, customer focus

  • Fluency in English

What is the working culture like?
We are a very flat structured organisation. We have open plan offices and management sit in amongst the team. We do not use the “s” word (staff) and refer to everyone as Team – everyone has a part to play in moving Mainfreight forward and meeting our targets and goals.

We believe in working hard but we also have fun and a laugh while we do it. Our team is empowered to make decisions and have a say in how we do things.
