Outside Sales Representative - (Regio: Noord Holland)

Ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële ontwikkeling van onze (weg) Transport dienstverlening in de regio Noord Holland. Naast het genereren van “new business” ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van onze huidige relaties. Met jouw commerciële drive en logistieke kennis weet jij als geen ander waarde toe te voegen bij nieuwe en bestaande klanten. Je bent een Hunter pur sang! 

In je contacten met onze (toekomstige) klanten toon jij je onderscheidend vermogen door continu op zoek te gaan naar originele en creatieve manieren om (potentiële) relaties te benaderen, het gesprek aan te gaan en de deal te sluiten! Hierbij komen jouw communicatieve vaardigheden en commerciële inslag perfect van pas. Door de juiste vragen te stellen weet jij altijd een duurzame commerciële oplossing op maat te bieden. 

Je bent een gedreven Outside Sales Representative:

  •      Met enkele jaren aantoonbare ervaring in een commerciële (logistieke) rol;

  •      Die openstaat om zijn of haar kennis van logistiek en sales verder te ontwikkelen;

  •      Met een verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor het behalen van kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve commerciële doelstellingen;

  •      Die graag onderneemt en initiatief neemt;

  •      Die beschikt over uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden (in het Nederlands en het Engels);

  •      Die woonachtig is in de regio Noord Holland;

  •      Die “Easy to Deal With” is.

What is the working culture like?
We are a very flat structured organisation. We have open plan offices and management sit in amongst the team. We do not use the “s” word (staff) and refer to everyone as Team – everyone has a part to play in moving Mainfreight forward and meeting our targets and goals.

We believe in working hard but we also have fun and a laugh while we do it. Our team is empowered to make decisions and have a say in how we do things.
