Voor ons zeevracht team in Nederland zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Outside Sales Representative!
Met je klantvriendelijke en resultaatgerichte instelling ben je een prettig contactpersoon voor onze klanten. Samen zoek je naar oplossingen op het gebied van Supply Chain optimalisatie en onderstreep je wat Mainfreight daarin kan betekenen voor onze klanten. Je bent een echte ‘hunter’, houdt van uitdagingen en denkt in (keten) oplossingen.

Dit is de rol

Als Outside Sales Representative ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële ontwikkeling van de zeevracht dienstverlening in Nederland. Je richt je nadrukkelijk op new business development aan de hand van een gestructureerd verkoopplan en heldere doelstellingen. Als Outside Sales Representative creëer je toegevoegde waarde voor toekomstige klanten door jouw inhoudelijke kennis van zeevracht en ketenoptimalisatie actief te delen en vernieuwende oplossingen en inzichten aan te reiken. Je maakt daarbij gebruik van de Mainfreight Business Solutions in combinatie met het internationale Mainfreight netwerk.

Als Outside Sales Representative onderhoud je contacten met overzeese kantoren ten behoeve van het uitwisselen van sales leads en zorg je voor accurate opvolging hiervan. Je genereert zelf ook sales leads die je vervolgens weer deelt met de Mainfreight teams in de USA, Asia, Australië en Nieuw Zeeland.

Als Outside Sales Representative ben je zelf verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van aanvragen, offertes, het maken van bezoekafspraken en tijdige rapportage binnen het CRM systeem.
 

Dit neem je mee:

  • 3-5 jaar werkervaring in de zeevracht

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;

  • Commerciële daadkracht;

  • Accurate en gestructureerde werkwijze;

  • Ondernemende werkhouding en veerkracht;

What is the working culture like?
We are a very flat structured organisation. We have open plan offices and management sit in amongst the team. We do not use the “s” word (staff) and refer to everyone as Team – everyone has a part to play in moving Mainfreight forward and meeting our targets and goals.

We believe in working hard but we also have fun and a laugh while we do it. Our team is empowered to make decisions and have a say in how we do things.
