About the role

Due to a combination of growth within our warehousing facility and one of our customer’s, opportunities exist at our warehousing branch in Epping for the right candidates to join our newly formed Customer Service Team. Successful applicants will be able to work within a team and autonomously, have a strong work ethic, and have a quality approach to all tasks they undertake.

This Customer Service Team Member will mainly provide support to a specific customer in a variety of capacities including but not limited to; support to their e-commerce customers and retail partners, provide administrated and office support, and process wholesale and purchase orders for their dealers. This is a highly cross functional support position which will work collaboratively with teams across finance, operations, sales, and marketing and be a support system as the customer grows within Australia and New Zealand.


  • Promptly respond to customer enquiries via email/ticket-based contact, chat functions and by phone in a warm and upbeat manner
  • Patiently listen to each customer and confirm the purpose of their contact
  • In a polite and articulate manner, provide customers with helpful information
  • Provide thorough and timely follow up to customers when issues cannot be solved during the initial contact
  • Handle a variety of inquiries, including but not limited to:
  • Explaining product features and attributes
  • Educating customers on best practices for their products 
  • Troubleshooting product performance issues with customers to minimize returns of first-quality products
  • Assisting customers with their needs & warranty return process when required

Skills & experience

  • High School certificate required
  • Previous customer service or sales related experience
  • Retail or wholesale experience preferred but not essential
  • Sound interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
