About the Cadetship

This role will be based in our Clayton branch, our longest-standing branch in Australia, and the role will be specific to local, regional, and interstate business-to-business transport sales.
  • 12 months hands on, structured and supported training
  • Learning all transport functions and systems, including operations, administration, customer service and sales
  • Exposure to the wider business, including warehousing, international forwarding, and local cartage (understanding of the global business – who we are and what we do)
  • Attendance at internal and external sales skills training sessions
  • Involvement in national group sales meetings and conferences
  • Weekly debrief with the Sales Manager, including education, guidance, and support

Skills & Experience

For this role, we are looking for someone who is truly passionate about a career in sales. You may already be in a customer service or internal sales role now, wanting to take that next step to consultatively sell business solutions. We value individuality, personality, and energy. A willingness to learn is a must, as is excellent personal presentation, punctuality, and attention to detail. The right person will have a strong internal drive to succeed, showing initiative to develop their knowledge. Being a team player is paramount!
