Mainfreight Announces Changes to its Board of Directors

Please find attached a copy of an announcement just released to NZX regarding the resignation of Neil Graham as a Director of Mainfreight with immediate effect. The company has also been advised of Don Rowlands’ intention to resign in December this year.

Mainfreight will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 4.00pm on Thursday 28 July 2011 at the Barrel Hall, Villa Maria Estate, 118 Montgomerie Road, Mangere, Auckland. If you are in Auckland you are very welcome to attend.
