Incoterm Update For 2011

Please find attached an update of the new Incoterms effective 1st January 2011

In summary:

*   Two new Incoterms DAT and DAP are replacing DAF, DES, DEQ and DDU

*   Incoterms can be used for specified modes of transport

*   There will now be named place of delivery, named place of destination, named terminal at port or place of destination   and named port of destination that will apply
