In deze boeiende functie leer je het hele transportproces kennen zodat je (potentiële) klanten een oplossing op maat kan aanbieden. Geen ervaring maar wel getriggerd? Interesse in onze business en de juiste spirit is belangrijker dan ervaring.

Het takenpakket:

  • Je maakt prijsoffertes op voor bestaande en nieuwe klanten, en volgt deze op

  • Je informeert (potentiële) klanten over onze dienstverlening, tarieven en algemene voorwaarden

  • Je helpt bij de dagelijkse opvolging van de orders van onze Key Accounts

  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor vragen over onze online boekingsplatformen

  • ​Je zorgt voor een vlotte integratie van nieuwe klanten en stemt hierover af met sales en operationele teams

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent sterk in het leggen van telefonische klantencontacten

  • Je hecht belang aan een correcte administratieve opvolging

  • Je bent stressbestendig en reageert klantvriendelijk, ook tijdens een moeilijk gesprek

  • Je hebt goede kennis van Excel

  • Nieuwe softwarepakketten maak je je snel eigen

  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en goed Engels en Frans (Duits is een meerwaarde)

What is the working culture like?
We are a very flat structured organisation. We have open plan offices and management sit in amongst the team. We do not use the “s” word (staff) and refer to everyone as Team – everyone has a part to play in moving Mainfreight forward and meeting our targets and goals.

We believe in working hard but we also have fun and a laugh while we do it. Our team is empowered to make decisions and have a say in how we do things.
How will my career progress?
