Als Quality Officer vervul je een belangrijke rol want je staat in voor het monitoren en verhogen van de kwaliteit op het crossdock. Van daaruit zal je verdere interactie zoeken met andere afdelingen die deel uitmaken van het operationele proces. Oog voor kwaliteit en een hands-on mentaliteit zijn hierbij cruciaal!

Het takenpakket:

  • Je gaat op zoek naar verbeteracties binnen onze crossdock-processen door inefficiënte flows en handelingen te detecteren en structureel aan te pakken
  • Je superviseert laad- en losacties om de kwaliteit te kunnen borgen 
  • Je speelt een belangrijke rol bij de implementatie van nieuwe klanten
  • Je staat in voor het uitwerken en uitschrijven van Standard Operating Procedures
  • Je zorgt mee voor projectmatige ondersteuning bij nieuwe lanes, rerouting, Mainmove, etc.
  • Je staat mee in voor de opleiding van nieuwe crossdock medewerkers.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit 
  • Je hebt sterke visuele inspectie-skills met aandacht voor detail
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je hebt zeer goede kennis Nederlands, kennis Engels en Frans is een plus
  • Je werkt vlot met de MS Office toepassingen
  • Je bent flexibel in werkuren om projecten in verschillende ploegen te laten slagen.​

What is the working culture like?
We are a very flat structured organisation. We have open plan offices and management sit in amongst the team. We do not use the “s” word (staff) and refer to everyone as Team – everyone has a part to play in moving Mainfreight forward and meeting our targets and goals.

We believe in working hard but we also have fun and a laugh while we do it. Our team is empowered to make decisions and have a say in how we do things.
How will my career progress?
