Operational Impact & Shipping Cut-offs
During these holiday periods, local factories, customs offices, terminal operations, and trucking services across the region will operate on reduced capacity or close entirely. Peak shipping demand leading up to these holidays is expected to create potential space constraints and port congestion.
To protect your supply chain and minimize potential delays, we recommend the following proactive measures:
Sea Freight: Place container bookings at least 2–3 weeks in advance prior to the holiday cut-offs to secure vessel space and equipment.
Air Freight: Secure flight allocations early for urgent and time-sensitive cargo to ensure pre-holiday departure.
Customs Clearance & Documentation: Submit all necessary shipping documents well in advance to prevent clearance backlogs at major ports and airports.
Please be informed that regular working hours are maintained in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and other regions.
