Australian Government Driving Toward a Competitive Agriculture Sector

Through the 2014-2015 Federal Budget the Australian Government announced a $15 million program to assist small exporters in sectors where there are specific export certification registration charges.

The program will include:

• Rebate of up to 50% export registration charges (for 1 year) to eligible dairy export establishments
• Review of export fees and charges to ensure the export fees are sustainable and equitable
• Allocated funding for projects to enhance market access for small exporters
