ABOUT THE ROLE
With a fantastic opportunity available, we are looking for a highly motivated team member to join our airfreight IMPORT TEAM and support our growing business. To be successful you will need to have a passion for the business and be highly driven to maintain and further improve our customer service excellence. DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES
Based in our Amsterdam Air freight branch and nearby arguably the most important airport in Europe, this role is all about providing outstanding customer service and operational support to our customers. Your focus will be to take control of import shipments from the time a shipment is confirmed to final delivery and everything in between including liaising with our overseas Mainfreight branches, airfreight carriers, our Mainfreight transport team and making decisions to get cargo moving and delivered in full and on-time.
