About the Cadetship

  • 6-12 months “hands on”, supported training program. Learning the business from the ground up
  • Learning all Transport functions and systems, including operations, administration, customer service, sales support and business development
  • You will also gain exposure to the wider business, including Warehousing, International Forwarding and Wharf Cartage (understanding of the global business – who we are and what we do)
  • Internal and external training sessions., where you will be required to be involved in sales meetings and conferences
  • Weekly debriefs with your Manager will keep you informed and provide guidance throughout your cadetship program 

Skills & Experience 

For this role, we are looking for someone who is truly passionate about a career in Sales. You may be looking for the opportunity to kickstart your career in sales. You may already be in a customer service or internal account management role, wanting to take that next step into commencing an external sales career. Previous supply chain or sales experience is not required but a desire to sell is.  We value individuality, personality and energy. A willingness to learn is a must, as is excellent personal presentation, punctuality and attention to detail. Being a team player is paramount!
