As is being reported, there are many challenges in the global movement of cargo presently. 

Many of the challenges we face in moving cargo come through points we have raised in previous market updates, including the lack of ocean freight equipment, space on ocean vessels and airline carriers, as well as congestions at terminals and empty equipment stations. In addition, these challenges are being compounded by the typical Christmas peak season. 

All Mainfreight Air & Ocean, Transport and Warehousing teams globally remain open and working to our normal capacities to assist in moving your products as timely as possible. 

The best way to mitigate delays is to work with your local Mainfreight team and provide information on your upcoming bookings and orders as soon as possible.
