The role includes:
- Commercial and operational responsibility to build our Pharma profile and customer base in the Netherlands.
- As Responsible Person (RP) you assure the quality standard according to the GDP standard, while liaising with our other European and global GDP certified branches.
- Ensuring self-inspections are performed and necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are initiated and executed.
- Develop and grow the Pharma footprint with our local and regional RP’s and relevant stakeholders and connect with external experts and industry peers to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Setting the standards for risk management, change control, traceability, training, reverse logistics & recalls. Taking responsibility for Mainfreight (GDP) customers and account growth – their shipments and their data visibility needs.
- Working in a very fast paced multi-cultural global environment.
- A passionate team member, determined to succeed and who can create energy in the team.
- An eye for quality, with high standards for yourself and your team – lead by example.
- Someone that raises the performance bar and challenges the status quo to progress the business.
- A genuine interest in building and selling GDP supply chain and logistics.
- Excellent and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- As it isn’t always smooth sailing – you will need to be able to maintain a cool head under pressure.
- Someone that has a commercial mind-set and a strong drive to ‘land’ new customers with the wider team. 2-5 years’ experience in the pharma (affiliated) industry.
