Wat ga je doen?

Als Team Member Accounts Payable zorg je ervoor dat onze financiële administratie op rolletjes loopt. Je werkt hierin nauw samen met  team members vanuit verschillende branches om betalingen tijdig en correct te verwerken, je bewaakt de openstaande posten en draagt bij aan een kloppend grootboek.
 

Jouw taken:

• Verwerken en controleren van binnenkomende en uitgaande betalingen;

• Opvolgen van openstaande facturen en verzorgen van aanmaningen;

• Bijdragen aan de controle en het beheer van de grootboekrekeningen;

• Contact onderhouden met interne en externe partijen over financiële vraagstukken;

• Signaleren van afwijkingen en proactief meedenken over verbeteringen.

Wat breng je mee?

• Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een pre;

• Oog voor detail en een gestructureerde werkwijze;

• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels;

• Een servicegerichte instelling;

• Uitstekende beheersing van het MS office pakket en met name Excel.
