The Role
- You will be a pivotal member of the Branch:
o Leading our operational teams and help developing the airfreight business.
o Being the right-hand of the Branch Manager;
- You will be a leader in our business, setting a high standard and guarding our Mainfreight culture;
- You will build relationships with our existing customer base, understanding their supply chain and using our global network, technology and resources to mold a solution that fits their needs.
Who are we looking for?
- A passionate and energetic team member, with:
o Proven expertise in leading a team;
o Previous operational experience, in Air Freight;
- A person who does not accept the status quo – someone who seeks not just to maintain standards, but beat them and constantly redefine our performance level;
- An excellent communicator: with your team, our customers and the wider Mainfreight group – this is paramount across cultures;
- The want to build a career in a global environment and an open mind to learn about Mainfreight, our culture and how we do business;
- Fluency in both Italian and English (Italian is not a must but it would be better if the candidate could learn it).
