ABOUT THE ROLE
With a fantastic opportunity available, we are looking for a highly motivated team member to join our Air freight team to support our growing business. Ideally the successful candidate will have had, 3-4 years’ proven experience in Air operations import and export in Spain, a taste of customer service and operations in airfreight and is now looking for an opportunity to join a truly global supply chain business that will tailor a development path for success whilst proudly representing the Mainfreight brand and culture that we are so proud of!
DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES
Based in our new Barcelona air & ocean freight branch, this role is all about providing outstanding customer service and operational support to our customers. Your focus will be to take control of both import and export shipments from the time a shipment is confirmed to final delivery and everything in between including; liaising with our overseas Mainfreight branches, shipping lines, customers, all with service at the front of mind.
