Your Role
To support our rapid growth in Shanghai, we are hiring highly motivated individuals who are sales savvy, and believe in delivering quality services to fulfil customer needs.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own, monitor + drive all sales activities of customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified, and nurtured through the sales pipeline to close sustainable business deals.
  • Align your sales efforts with Sales Manager, Product manager and Air Freight team for a growth on both volumes and profit.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing + products.
  • Maintain + update the most relevant customer information in Mainsale systems on a weekly basis.
  • Focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service quality in close collaboration with the team.


Your Skills and Experiences

  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred but not limited. 
  • A positive attitude, strong self-motivation, is what we are looking for.
  • Good Commercial Senses /Business Development experiences is required.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing.
