An opportunity is now available to join the CaroTrans TMS team.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced operational environment. The right person for this role needs to be dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
The TMS team supports inland transportation activity across a range of operational work, including rate requests, shipment coordination, follow-up, and issue resolution. Timing, accuracy, and follow-through all matter in this role.

- Reviewing and responding to rate requests
- Coordinating shipments and following up on open items
- Working with branches, internal teams, carriers, and overseas partners
- Problem solving as issues arise
