Team Lead | Northlake Warehousing

This is a unique internal opportunity for a Mainfreighter to step into a newly established leadership role and help set the standard for operational leadership at this site. The successful candidate will take ownership as a leader and play a key role in shaping the operation, team structure, and long‑term success of the branch.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Promoting our culture and vision in the branch
• Leading from the floor, visible, hands‑on, and involved in day‑to‑day operations
• Establishing structure where needed: communication, routines, standards, and accountability
• Building strong relationships with customers and the team
• Driving a safe, productive, and engaged operation
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and seeing them through to completion
• Helping shape the future leadership and operational structure of the branch
• Taking ownership of outcomes, good and bad, and backing yourself to solve problems
• This role will evolve as the site grows. You won’t be handed a finished job description; you’ll help create it.
