Import Team Lead | Newark Ocean
An exciting opportunity is available to join our dynamic Ocean team in NYC as an Import Team Lead. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who is passionate about growing the business and leading people.
As Import Team Lead, you will oversee one of the larger import teams in the Americas. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, your primary responsibilities will include leading the import team, identifying and driving efficiencies, and contributing to continuous improvement across key performance indicators (KPIs).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone within the group who has an operation, or customer service background and is looking to try something new, increase their knowledge and work with an energetic team in one of the larger branches in the Americas.
