In this role you will:

Be able to operate in a physical environment
Be a key operational liaison between operations and our important customers
You will be responsible for the day to operations of specific customers
You will pick and pack orders and develop a team to help you deliver quality for our customers
You will work closely with the Branch Manager and other Team Leads
Be a quick learner with technology and ensuring that data is kept up to date and accurate
You will be a proactive problem solver with a solutions mindset
