Whether you are a total academic or a student who focused more on the social aspects of your education you all share one thing in common - there comes a time when you enter the real world and start looking for job. Let’s face it we all grow up (well some of us quicker than others).

We assess your grades also but we also look at your potential and personality, your charisma or your ability to have few beers with the leadership team or show up in the early hours of the morning to take care of customers.

My personal experiences started by working in our Logistics business spending time in all areas of Operations, Customer Services and Account Management, Sales and exposure to leadership roles through to being Branch Manager of our largest Logistics facility in New Zealand. In my current role I am part of the National Support Team with our Supply Chain.
